Oltrex is building a calm AI secretary for the commitments people make out loud. The live product starts with founders and solo operators: start a voice note, review the handoff, and keep the next move visible.
The business
A missing handoff, turned into a product.
Spoken promises often disappear before they become actionable work. A call ends, the next thing starts, and the task stays inside a recording or in someone’s head.
Oltrex shortens that handoff. A user starts a voice capture, reviews the possible tasks Oltrex finds, and decides what belongs in their system. Confirmed work then stays visible in Today, Tasks, reminders, and waiting-on views.
The initial target user is a founder or solo operator whose day moves through conversations faster than a traditional to-do list can keep up.

What is live today.
The public Oltrex release is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. Its core workflow is user-started, review-first, and designed to keep consequential changes under the user’s control.
Nothing is kept by assumption.
Review what Oltrex heard, keep or discard each possible task, and choose when a kept item belongs.
Work stays in view.
Today and Tasks organize confirmed work. Waiting-on items stay separate, and the app also supports reminders, including optional place reminders.
Planning can use real availability.
Google Calendar is optional. When connected, it can support availability-aware planning; calendar changes wait for user approval.

Early launch
The iPhone and iPad product is publicly available and under active development. The current stage is early launch; the next focus is onboarding users and improving the core follow-through loop.
Free now, subscription planned
The current release is free. A subscription is the intended business model, but paid plans, checkout, and public pricing are not live.

Founder
Built by Shaurya Jain.
Shaurya is the founder and builder of Oltrex. He started the product after seeing small promises disappear between conversations, work, and life because they never reached a system designed to hold them.
He has more than seven years of experience building production AI, machine-learning, and data systems across logistics, healthcare, commerce, and customer support. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a BE in Computer Science from SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
Shaurya is based in Livingston, New Jersey, in the New York metropolitan area.
